Everything is perfect. I was a bit worried before I come due to some nasty remarks that people placed in the Internet. But I have now seen it myself that this is a wonderful place the i will recomend people to come.

All staffs of hotel are friendly and helpful specially the check-in counter, it’s a very good management, it wont take long to get the room. The location of hotel is very good too, easy access to go everywhere, you can take monorail at Imbi Station to KL Sentral and then join the other transportation. Also the hotel is closed to many shopping centres like BB Plaza, Sungai Wang, Lot 10, Time Square. I really recommend and give five stars for this hotel and of course, my next hotel in KL is still Royale Bintang. |

| We were most impressed with our choice of The Royale Bintang Hotel, it was very well located, near China Town, shopping malls, monorail etc. Service was good and the rooms clean and well serviced. There was a wide choice at the buffet breakfast and we were well satisfied - so much so that we booked the same accommodation for our return trip one month later. |
